Consists of a synthetic rubber latex liquid and a dry component containing dehydrating powder and curing chemicals. Cures from the inside, which greatly minimizes shrinkage. Provides a smooth monolithic underlayment that readily receives finishing materials. Includes 1 gallon of liquid latex resin, 2 parts dry sand and Portland cement. Shipped in 5-gallon pail.
